Current ActivitiesOur next butchering will be February 4 & 5, 2011 with sales on Saturday, February 6, 2011 Butchering Order Form (October, 2011)Schedule of Activities (to be updated) Thursday, Feb. 2, 2 p.m. - Butchering (Note: Dinner provided to those assisting. If one is working on Friday and wants to join the dinner on Thursday, come on by around 5:30 pm) Friday, Feb. 3, Saturday, Feb. 4, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Sales & cleanup We'll be butchering 35 hogs. We plan on starting on a Thursday afternoon (2 - 8 pm) and finishing the next morning (6 am - 1 pm). We'll fill orders Friday afternoon (6 - 9 pm). Volunteer for sales work begins at 7 a.m. Saturday. All members are encouraged to give some time and energy to this major fundraiser. No one is expected to be present at all the noted activities. However, surely you have some time available for at least one or two of the noted activities. Sales orders must be picked up by noon on Saturday.
